Reading Assistant requires a headset and USB audio adapter or a headset with an integrated USB connection. It is recommended you use Stereo Headphones with adjustable microphone. Logitech USB Headset H390 have the required features.
Mouse vs Touchpad
To get the best results, students should use an external mouse, not the touch pad on a laptop as using this can inadvertently increase the error rate.
Your internet speed should be 1.5 megabits per second (Mbps) DSL or faster broadband Internet connection
In most circumstances, Fast Learning NZ Limited will not refund for the reason of technical difficulties around these issues.
Please ensure you work with your learner to agree on the use of your Fast Learning NZ Limited product, as the choice of your learner not to use the licence, which has become live from the first log in, is not reason to seek a refund.
We will fully refund your money if you are not satisfied after using Fast ForWord for the first 2 weeks after your log in becomes live. Note, the person for whom the log in was purchased must have complied with the recommended participation (5 days per week, 30 or 50 minutes a session for 2 weeks, from the day the log in becomes live). This offer stands for the first 3 weeks after your log in becomes live.
