Please ensure you work with your learner to agree on the use of your Fast Learning NZ Limited product, as the choice of your learner not to use the licence, which has become live from the first log in, is not reason to seek a refund.
We will fully refund your money if you are not satisfied after using Fast ForWord for the first 2 weeks after your log in becomes live. Note, the person for whom the log in was purchased must have complied with the recommended participation (5 days per week, 30 or 50 minutes a session for 2 weeks, from the day the log in becomes live).
